*Discount is a FEE charged as a percentage of gross SALES, which generally includes “Processing”, “Authorizations”, “assessments”, and “interchange”.
ACH Rates & Fees

Return Item Fee $2.00
ACH Validation Fee $0.25
Misc Fees
Minimum Discount Billing $10.00 per month/per merchant account
Insufficient Funds Fee $35.00
Retrievals $15.00 each
Chargebacks $15.00 each
PCI Fees
PCI Non-Validation Fee $30.00 per month/per merchant account
Mastercard and Visa Business, Commercial, Corporate and Purchasing card and Discover Commercial card transactions will be assessed an additional 0.5%. Mastercard and Visa Consumer and Commercial card transactions that downgrade to a Visa Standard. Mastercard Standard, VISA EIRF or Visa Non-Qual interchange rate will be assessed an additional 0.5%. *As a reference point for the ACH Rate above, 80 basis points (0.8%) for a $100 transaction is $0.80 in processing fees
**Please note that the PCI Non-Validation Fee is only charged if your account were to become PCI non-compliant
Account Basics
Credit Card funds are remitted in (2) business days. ACH funds are remitted in (3) business days. We do not net our fees from the transactions.
Credit card and ACH processing fees will be debited from your account separately. Credit Card fees are debited on the second business day after the close of month. ACH fees are debited on the 15th of the following month.
