Personally, I find that striving every day to fulfill a greater purpose – whether it’s helping my kids or assisting associates and customers to reach their goals – gives me the most satisfaction. That’s why our purpose, to serve others, means so much to me.

By helping others accomplish their goals instead of focusing on ourselves, we can have a huge impact in the lives of our customers, making the world a place where fulfilling dreams is possible. I recognize it’s an ambitious goal – and I’m very proud to be a part of it.
