Our agency portal provides a one-stop location for comprehensive management of your financial aid programs. Users can manage applications, adjust program rules, notify students of award status, disburse payments, and interface with external agencies. Ad hoc reporting helps users easily find specific program details they need, and comprehensive transaction histories make auditing simple.

School Financial Aid Officer Portal

Our school financial aid officer portal is designed to simplify processes and create efficiencies for financial aid staff. Officers can certify student eligibility, process payments, request reimbursements, and access electronic reports and forms.

Student Portal

Our student portal helps simplify students’ financial aid journey by putting an aggregated view of all programs, statuses, and awards at their fingertips. Users follow an online application workflow to make sure they don’t miss any steps – and easily accept/decline awards through the portal. GrantPro’s student portal is branded to integrate with your agency’s existing web presence for a seamless experience.

High School Counselor Portal

Our system even makes it easy for high school counselors to support their students as they pursue financial aid. Through the high school counselor portal, counselors can view and update ACT/SAT scores, make updates to high school information, and access FAFSA completion data.
