We show our transparency to the public by answering any questions via phone, email, or social media, and we build transparency within by holding annual associate surveys for feedback and organizational improvement, and hosting Nelnet Spark – a monthly internal event where innovators across Nelnet share and discuss new trends, concepts, and developments.
Give back to the communities in which we live and work.
It can’t be stressed enough how important it is to give back. We want to see our communities, our neighbors, and our fellow humans thrive. We’re dedicated to reaching that goal by donating our time and money to causes that make a positive impact on society. We pay it forward to the Rhode Island community by participating in Rhode Island Community Food Bank drives, donating to help families through Children’s Friend each December, and supporting other local organizations like women’s shelters, elderly animal rescues, and pediatric cardiac causes (to name a few).
